Every time your child sends a message and Aby responds — that is one question. A typical session uses 15–25 questions. The limits reset at midnight IST each day (Free) or on your billing anniversary each month (paid plans).
Aby will send a warm message letting the child know they've used their questions for today (or the month). Nothing is lost — their progress, constellation, and Book of Understanding are all saved. They can continue tomorrow, or you can upgrade at any time.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current limits until then.
