Every time your child sends a message and Aby responds — that is one question. A typical session uses 15–25 questions. The limits reset at midnight IST each day (Free) or on your billing anniversary each month (paid plans).
Aby will send a warm message letting the child know they've used their questions for today (or the month). Nothing is lost — their progress, constellation, and Anamnesis are all saved. They can continue tomorrow, or you can upgrade at any time.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current limits until then.
Yes. No credit card. No trial period. 25 questions per day, every day. The Free tier exists because we believe every child deserves to experience what it feels like to discover something themselves — regardless of whether their family can pay.
All charges run through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (₹), including 18% GST where applicable — this is a technical constraint of Razorpay's subscription billing, not a choice. International cards are accepted without any issue; your bank converts the ₹ charge to your local currency automatically at checkout, the same as any other cross-border card purchase. The $ prices shown are for reference, so you know roughly what to expect before your bank's conversion.
Yes. Schools: ₹250 per student per month ($4 internationally), minimum 30 students, with a master dashboard across the whole class and an Anamnesis for every child. Start free with Aby's Bee, a live classroom game — no license needed. Tutoring Centres: ₹499 per student per month ($8 internationally), with your own branding and individual parent communication tools. Running 1–15 students, a flat monthly rate applies instead. 50+ students, or several tutors under one centre, get custom Enterprise pricing.
